"Everyone deserves chiropractic care they are comfortable with, that is catered to their specific healthcare needs." - Dr. Emily
There's something for everyone.
Gonstead technique
This adjusting style is hands on. It is a popular style of adjusting that many patients will seek out. You may be familiar with this if you've been adjusted seated in a chair or on your side "like a pretzel" as seen above.
Diversified technique
This adjusting style is done with you face up or face down on the table. It may or may not involve the use of drop pieces. Gentle manual adjusting gets you feeling great and ready to go tackle your day.
Activator Methods
This is an instrument based adjusting style that Dr. Emily is proficiency rated in. The client performs a series of movements while face down on the table that allows for a specific adjustment. It is great place to start if your nervous about seeing a chiropractor, looking for non-manual care, or not a fan of that “cracking”. The adjustment feels like you are getting flicked and there is not any cracking associated with it.
